Rasperry Ketone study

In a recent study of the efficacy of raspberry ketones for weight loss, test subjects were given a high fat diet (specifically to cause obesity). Half of these test subjects were also fed an additional 1% or 2% Raspberry Ketone (RK) to determine the effects.

The results were interesting.  The groups that received RK gained less body fat than the control groups.  RK was also shown to be effective in calorie burn while the treated groups were in a resting state.  Also, RK's increased the rate of fat breakdown in the presence of norepinephine compound.
Simply stated, Raspberry Ketones are very effective at increasing our body’s ability to burn fat during both active and resting states.
